Spring Cleaning Resource Roundup

It might surprise you to learn that I don’t put forth a major spring cleaning effort at my house. I prefer to do a little cleaning at a time, all year long, than to let things build up, creating an overwhelming annual chore. For example: daily dishes, weekly vacuuming, and one “annual” job per month, such as cleaning baseboards or ceiling fans.
But I understand the urge to wake up from a long winter’s nap, so to speak; to clear clutter, sweep away the literal and metaphoric cobwebs, and make room for new things to come into one’s life. It’s also a good time to spruce things up a little, indoors and out. As Oprah Winfrey often says, quoting Nate Berkus, “Your home should rise up to greet you.”
So, I don’t write actual cleaning tips, like how wash windows or remove stains, but I happily gather them to share with you, along with a few of my own blog articles about decluttering and interior redesign. I don’t expect you to need or want ALL of the info I have included in this Spring Cleaning Resource Roundup, but do I hope you will find something that inspires you!
