Telephone Assessment = 20 minutes FREE
This is where we get acquainted, and you tell me about your situation. What are your organizing or design challenges? What are your goals, dreams, and expectations?
What do you want your space (or schedule) to look and feel like? What would you like to create more space (or time) for in your life?
If we are a match, we will schedule your Initial Consultation or Hands-On Session.
We will also decide if you project can be done virtually (remotely) or whether you need in-person help (from me or another NAPO organizer).
Initial Consultation = 1 hr + Action Plan (in person or virtual)
Organizing & Staging: This is the place to start if you are overwhelmed and not sure what to do about it, or where to start. I will typically spend an hour with you, noting your problem areas, taking “before” photos (with your permission, of course, or discussing the photos you have emailed to me), and asking questions about what works and what doesn’t. Then I will return to my desk, spending additional time to prepare your Action Plan and e-mail it to your inbox. With a clear, detailed Action Plan in hand you can do the work yourself, or you can hire me to help you get it done!
Time Management: For this we need 2 hours (in person or virtually) and you end up with Your Ideal Schedule rather than an Action Plan. We will explore your goals, dreams, and priorities, and examine your current Time Management challenges. Together we will create your Ideal Schedule and develop a plan for bringing more balance and focus to your life! I also offer a 4-week Time Management Program that builds on what you have learned in the Initial Consultation.
Hands-On Session = 3 hr. minimum (in person)

After your Initial Consultation, the number of Hands-On Sessions required will depend on the size and condition of your space, your desired results, and how quickly you can make decisions.
Some clients are able to implement their new Action Plan on their own (included with the Initial Consultation). Others ask for my help.
Hands-On time can be used for Organizing, De-cluttering, Preparing for a Move, Unpacking and Putting Away, Staging, Redesign, etc. See What’s in Hazel’s “Toolbox”? for additional ideas.
You can start here (without an Initial Consultation), but only if you know exactly what you want to do first, and next, and just want some professional help getting it done.
This is the fastest, funnest way to get your project DONE!
Coaching Call = 1 hr.
Do you think you might be able do it yourself with a little coaching and support?
After your Initial Consultation, I will give you manageable homework assignments and help you overcome any roadblocks you may encounter.
I will help keep you motivated, focused, and accountable until you complete your project!
The number and frequency of sessions depend on your goals, desired time frame, and the amount of time you are willing to devote to completing your project.
Maintenance Call = 1 hr.
Every good system needs to be reviewed periodically and tweaked as necessary.
Don’t let a perfectly good system fall by the wayside because you’re not sure how to maintain it, or because you need help adapting it to suit your changing circumstances!
Session frequency can be monthly, quarterly, or as needed.
